Mononucleosis is a virus and can be fatal In general, there is a fever which usually drops in ten days, and swollen lymph glands and spleen heal in four weeks. Fatigue usually goes away within a few weeks, but may linger for two to three months.
Sam was sixteen years old, and was diagnosed with a VERY bad sinus infection, then five days later as having mono. Her white blood count was very low, her spleen very large. She was put on a steroid for three days. She was sleeping 22 hours a day, not eating or drinking, and she lost 12 of her 119 lbs!! After the steroid was done we tried Protocel®. In just six days she was up and running around all day into the night. NOT tired at night, not sleeping in the morning!! We brought her back to the doctor her, and he found her spleen was back to normal. She was fully recovered!! Praise be to God... and his Protocel®.
