![]() About the author: Elaine was raised until the age of three in a small town in Pennsylvania, before her family moved to LaSalle, Michigan, just north of the Ohio border. She attended Monroe High School where she studied business. She later took courses in business in college. Her marriage at a young age sadly ended in divorce, yet gave her four beautiful children. She worked in a factory until her children were grown, then left the factory to begin her own business. She was again married, this time happily. Her husband joined her in her business until his death in 2005. Elaine owned and operated Woodland Embroidery in Marion, Michigan. Today Elaine lives in Kentucky and owns and operates American Designs. Elaine also spends much of her time listening to, and giving encouragement to, others who are going through the same kind of ordeal that she went through. Their testimonies are brought to you in their own words, along with some of their recommendations, and are grouped as follows: cancer patients, non-cancer patients, and pets. No claims are made by Elaine Hulliberger as to their accuracy or expectations. Kathie, who gathers medical records from Protocel users, was of paramount importance in the accumulation of these testimonies. Without her diligence and hard work I don't believe I could have offered so many accounts for you to read. Sharing about our daughter’s cancer: We are delighted to share our testimony. Our daughter, Felicia, was diagnosed at 18 months old with Grade IV Medulloblastoma. We were told on October 25, 2002, that Felicia might not even make it through the night because the tumor had grown into the respiratory section of her brain! Felicia had a complete resection in the posterior portion of her brain 2 days later on October 27th. After her initial recovery and secondary meningitis infection, we were told by the oncologist that "the life of the tumor is to grow back again within 6-11 months and become fatal" and they had no experience with a female that young at the age of diagnosis. After much prayer and research we declined the oncologist's offer for conventional therapy (chemotherapy and radiation). This was a challenging decision for us but there was NO proof that their conventional therapy was curative, and might only possibly be life extending with an uncertain quality of life. The doctors said Felicia had a 10% chance of living through the first year. For the following four months we had Felicia on Samento, which led us onto Protocel. We were thrilled to start Protocel because our one-year old would ingest it and we were certain after reading the research that it would support the healing her body needed. The effects of Protocel were clearly understood and it thrilled us to have it cross our life's path. Felicia's first year post-op MRI's were negative for regrowth. We used Protocel around the clock for the first year and continued the following two years for the daytime dosages. Felicia had negative MRIs since starting Protocel!!!! The tumor NEVER grew back as promised by the oncologists.. As of today, she is 8 1/2 years old and is just like any other girl her age. We know God led us to Protocel and we are certain God has a beautiful plan for Felicia's life! Lisa and Jerry Guajardo, November 2009 | |
